Who am I?

I’m J. A. Plosker, and stress, anxiety, and panic almost destroyed me...almost.

I’ve spent over 30 years in the study and practice of ancient wisdom and self-discovery techniques. My background as a licensed counselor, coach, university instructor in the humanities, award-winning author, and speaker and teacher of self-discovery has helped me create a toolbelt to build a better day. Now, I want to share that - and learn from you!
